Situated on a significant gateway corner site in Parramatta, this 62 storey mixed-use project connects to the surrounding neighbours via a sky bridge and incorporates the detailed design of a re-imagined public domain space.

In collaboration with Nettleton Tribe, Studio Johnston won a design excellence competition for this proposal of a mixed-use podium including retail and office tenancies, a supermarket and early learning centre.
The project involves the reworking of a disused light industrial site in the former ‘Auto Alley’ area in Parramatta
