Treehouse

The Treehouse building is part of the $1.8 billion redevelopment of Ivanhoe Estate at Macquarie Park in Sydney’s Northwest.

  • The tower is designed as a collection of communities, with four ‘forest rooms’ carved into the building, centering around clusters of 20 apartments, serving neighbourhood parklets in the sky. These add 320 square metres of neighbourhood green space in addition to the 200 square-metre rooftop communal garden

Treehouse occupies a pivotal location within the 8.2-hectare master-planned estate, mediating between the existing urban edge, and overlooking the main village green and community centre. It will house 168 residential apartments over 13 levels with a sculpted two-storey podium containing the biggest retail component of this new precinct, along with entry lobbies to the apartment tower.
