In Sydney’s rapidly changing industrial south, Wellington on The Park, in Waterloo, makes the most of borrowed landscape and innovative apartment design.
Designing both the building and apartment interiors resulted in a cohesive language between inside and out. The building binds to place with a strong urban form that meets the street and harnesses natural light and views over Waterloo Park. Key to the interior success was our site masterplan that ensured all perimeter apartments face east and north.

Each apartment has been oriented and individually designed for seamless indoor/outdoor connections. Many feature our trademark outdoor kitchen. A palette of warm natural materials creates welcoming spaces for easy living and long life. Natural materials and expansive rooftop gardens expand the outdoor connections with recreational green space and vegetable gardens.

The building wraps the east and north boundaries, creating a series of protected rear garden oases.
